About the Role
As a Merchandiser / Shelf Stocker, you are responsible for ensuring that products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated on store shelves. You will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance of the store and ensuring customers always find fully stocked and well-organized shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Refill shelves with incoming stock
Arrange products neatly and according to brand/store guidelines
Check expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO method)
Ensure pricing labels and promotional signage are accurate and visible
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned shelves and displays
Assist in unloading deliveries and moving stock to shelves or storage areas
Monitor product availability and report low stock or damages to supervisors
Support merchandising campaigns during sales or special promotions
